Wales - Brecon Beacons - Epic Sunrise Hike and Swim

Yo Mudafacas! Lace up your boots for an awesome mini adventure!

Hike Pen-Y-Fan, one of the most beloved and easy-to-climb mountains in the UK, and sleep on the summit to watch the sunrise :-)

I will be honest with you, we will probably not sleep much as we will get to the top by 2 or 3 am yayyyyyyy. Bring a little booze.

The forecast looks promising, so the plan is to hike at night while dark and carry our sleeping bags, and sleeping mats. 

Your guide will take a little stove to heat some water for tea and coffee.

Don't worry we will take an easy route to ensure no one falls to their death. We will leave the harder hike for daylight.

Wake up (or wake up more) as the sun rises and take some of the best photos that will make your social media followers really impressed.

If the weather turns nasty, we will carry small tents which we will put away as soon as the sun is up.

After a lovely time watching the sunrise, we will do a beautiful circular walk bagging a few other hills and then go for a swim in a lake before heading back home.

You have the option of hiking the easy way back to the minibus and waiting for us at the pub, woohoo!

We have a few sleeping bags to lend, but be aware that they are chunky and heavy.

2 - As with any road trip, there is a chance of heavy traffic, accidents and break-downs which could force us to skip parts of the trip, or stop it completely. We will do our best to make your day better, and of course to avoid any of these, but we expect your understanding on these occasions.

We will make a full refund if the trip is cancelled. No refunds will be made if only part of the trip was skipped but a credit might be offered.
