"What the f*ck bruv!" Will be you at the end of the Seven Sisters, if you haven't hiked for a while.

Then it dawns on you that you are only halfway, and the seven hills were not the only ones on the hike, and you will be crying to your mama.

Come and join us for what is a popular and probably the most fabulous coastal walk in the South East of England, with breathtaking views of the striking and dramatic white cliffs and a good proportion of the trail is up high on the cliffs as they loom down over the sea beneath.

There are some iconic views on this walk, and we'll get some fresh sea air high up on the cliffs. The Seven Sisters are a series of white chalk cliffs and are set within the Seven Sisters Country Park. They are remnants of dry valleys in the South Downs and were formed at the end of the last ice age by glacial meltwater. There are in fact now eight sisters as coastal erosion has created an extra one.

Our walk starts in the coastal town of Seaford. It then follows the cliffs along the South Downs way past Birling Gap and the Belle Tout lighthouse. The lighthouse was moved 17 metres in 1999 to stop it from falling victim to coastal erosion. Our walk also takes in the beauty spot of Beachy Head which has a more sinister side is a magnet for those wishing to commit suicide.
