Ever wanted to see the Seven Sisters but were too scared to climb the actual Seven ... and their Little Sisters ... because you have heard that is it a hardcore hike?
Well, it is a difficult one SO we have designed this new hike that will allow you to have a good look at those beauties without the hardcore part of it.
Come and join us for the first part of what is a popular and probably the most fabulous coastal walk in the South East of England, with breathtaking views of the striking and dramatic white cliffs and a good proportion of the trail is up high on the cliffs as they loom down over the sea beneath.
There are some iconic views on this walk, and we'll get some fresh sea air high up on the cliffs.
The Seven Sisters are a series of white chalk cliffs and are set within the Seven Sisters Country Park.
They are remnants of dry valleys in the South Downs and were formed at the end of the last ice age by glacial meltwater.
There are in fact now eight sisters as coastal erosion has created an extra one.
Our walk starts and ends in the coastal town of Eastbourne.
It then follows the cliffs along the South Downs way past Birling Gap and the Belle Tout lighthouse.
The lighthouse was moved 17 metres in 1999 to stop it from falling victim to coastal erosion.
Our walk also takes in the beauty spot of Beachy Head which has a more sinister side is a magnet for those wishing to commit suicide.
We will end our beautiful trip with greasy food on the gorgeous beach just by, Eastbourne Pier while trying to avoid the missiles often dropped by these naughty seagulls who always find a new way to make you drop your meal...True story!
