Peak District in a day - part 2 - Lady Bower Reservoir Breathtaking Trip

Yo Mudafaca!  Let's hike the Peak District!  

This is another awesome trip with coach travel inclusive so you can kick back from London and back without having to run for the train.  The hike is moderate with gradual elevations that lead to views that will blow your mind.

ITINERARY  

Meet at Kings Cross Station and drive 4 hours to our hike  Hike Bamford Edge and Ladybower Reservoir  HIKE 

TECHNICAL NOTES :  

Distance: 7 miles/11km 

Duration: 4 hours 

Altitude gain: 446.4 m  

This is a superb hike for pictures where you can sit on overhanging rocks with views of Ladybower Reservoir and its dam, as in the picture above.

WHAT TO BRING 

• Hiking boot/shoes or running trainers 
• Waterproof jacket 
• Backpack, preferably with a waist belt 
• Hiking or gym clothes 
• Water bottle 
• Some cash just in case 
• Hiking poles (recommended but not a must) 
• Insurance in case you fall ill and cannot make it (we cannot make refunds unless the trip is sold out and we can resell your place)
