Distance: 15 kilometres/ 9.5 miles

Have you seen sandy beaches in the UK yet?

If not, you are in for a treat! We will visit the Isle of Purbeck and Studland Bay with 4 miles of beautiful sandy beaches.

The trip includes a 4-hour hike via Studland Bay sandy beaches to the Jurassic Coast to see the Old Harry Rocks.

You may opt for a beach break instead of hiking to the Old Harry Rocks.

On our way back from Old Harry we will kick back at the beach and you may opt to go in for a dip in the sea.

TRAVEL

We will travel in a private minibus and park near the beaches.

The bus ride takes around 3 hours each way with one stop at a service station. This is if traffic allows. If the day is particularly warm there could be traffic.

A WhatsApp group will be set up a few days before the trip where the final details will be given to you. Keep checking your messages on Meetup for the link to the group

1 - It is your responsibility to ensure you check messages on this event and private messages sent to you before the trip starts and up to the morning of the trip.

On occasions, meeting location, time and other details might have to be changed and the event could also be cancelled last minute in case of extreme weather or other unexpected events.

2 - As with any road trips, there is a chance of heavy traffic, accidents and break-downs which could force us to skip parts of the trip, or stop it completely. We will do our best to make your day better, and of course to avoid any of these, but we expect your understanding on these occasions.
