About the Event
Private bus travel included from Hammersmith - London
The UK 3 Peaks challenge is usually accomplished in 24 hours with no sleep and includes the highest mountains of Scotland (Ben Nevis 1345 metres), Wales(Snowdon, 1085 metres) and England (Scafell Pike, 978 metres).
We, however, will take our time and space-out each trip allowing extra time in the region for another easier hike and free time to explore.
WEEK 1 - SNOWDON
Join us for the most popular and fabulous trip in the UK! The Snowdon summit is a must-do, a challenging hike with super rewarding views.
The hike is steep and difficult, but we will walk slow and wait for whoever is struggling. This is a trip where we will stick together as a team looking after each other and having good fun.
You must have strong knees, have hiked steep hills in the last few weeks before the trip and not be afraid of heights as there are some easy scrambling included.
We will spend Sunday morning hiking the pretty fishing island of Holyhead in Anglesey.
Drive up to Anglesey, North Wales to check in our hotel and get a good night rest for our hike the next morning.
- 8 am - We drive straight to Pen-Y-Pass to secure our car parking
- 9:30 am - Hike up Snowdon via the easier trails - around 7 to 8 hours
- Try not to die
- Drive back to the hotel for dinner and a well-deserved rest
